GOSA Presentation Series – Sawmill Dormancy: A GIS Perspective

This presentation will go over GIS maps generated with eruption data and basic correlations displayed in a pleasing way. These maps provide insight into theoretical connections of the Sawmill group before, during, and after the 2017 Sawmill dormancy. Methods of how these correlations were calculated and plotted on a map will also be shared. Strengths and weaknesses of utilizing these methods and correlations will also be discussed.
