[Geysers] Giant overnight

Yes, Giant is active again. This morning I found all the signs askew, and
gradually awakened to the fact that the Giant viewing platform was patterned
into jagged ice shards all pointing toward Giant.

The runoff channel and geyser platform was clean aside from puddles with a
thin film of ice. The boardwalk was also icy nearly all the way to Groto.
