The only thing I'm going to send in a report about is what I noted at Link today. I have spent some time at Fan and Mortar the past week, especially following the eruption from 8 days ago. On either Tuesday or Wednesday, I think it was Wednesday, I noted a large minor. I will see if I can justify what I noted from that day as I am now wishing I had taken a couple pictures and made notes in my notebook. After sitting at Fan and Mortar for hours at a time, I have become accustomed to listening to runoff from Link flowing into the river, but last week, the runoff caught my attention. I looked over and saw *heavy* runoff into the river on that small waterfall. I walked up and saw the largest minor I have seen from the road which was a good four foot doming of water that put runoff past the old road rock face in one small spot. I had never noticed runoff past this rock face before. Today, as I was walking to Fan and Mortar to watch some cycles, I noticed that the runoff channel had been expanded past the rock face. Gravel had been washed all the way up to, but not onto, the road. I saw carnage from a major eruption a few years ago, and the washed dirt was significant. This washed ground definitely resembled that. The other thing that caught my attention was the waterfall into the river itself. I was looking through my computer for pictures but couldn't find any of the runoff waterfall. As far as I had remembered, it had dark (brownish) bacteria on the waterfall. The area that used to be darker was then bleached white, almost assuredly from more boiling hot water than normal pouring over it. I will attach a link the four pictures I was able to upload onto the internet since I don't have a program on my computer to resize pictures.
