Could you please explain the Grotto Central Vents delays and what occurs and what it effects or relationship to Giant? Thanks. Joan Wescott As decribed in a certain book, the central vents are the small springs between Grotto and Rocket. If they play at about the time that Grotto Fountain might be expected, the almost always there is a "normal" 20 to 40 minutes delay until the next Grotto Fountain attempt. Rarely, as more or less yesterday, they will take the role of Grotto Fountain and result in a Grotto start. But that is rare.
