[Geysers] Crack Geyser

It's not Giant or Giantess or Black Diamond or Echinus, but Crack Geyser 
(across the road from White Dome) is active.  According to Scott's book, the 
last time it was active was 1988.  I've only seen it in eruption once, so 
don't have duration or intervals yet.
