[Geysers] OFVC logbook and miscellaneous geyser news (Stephens)

I sent an updated version of the OFVC logbook 2006 file through July 31 for 
posting on the GOSA website.

FYI:  Grand in July--
    80% Turban initiated; 20% Grand initiated
    46% Vent & Turban continued; 54% Vent & Turban quit
    Average number of bursts--1.46 (1B--32, 2B--22, 3B--2)

Grotto continued to have 10K and 5K eruptions through this morning (8/13) 
with a "recovery" hot period about 11:20 this morning.
