[Geysers] Trip delay and thanks

Well, last year I had people thanking me for my geyser postings. Now it is  
my turn to say thank you -- and keep them coming, please. It turns out that my  
"little" medical problem will keep me here for at least another week (and 
that  might be optimistic).
