[Geysers] Curious about Spasm.

I'm in Bozeman (actually Belgrade, but close enough), without my library, so won't quote chapter, verse, year, etc., but yes, Spasm may be empty at the time Fountain starts. There are at least two scenarios I have seen where this happens.

1. There is a window between Fountain eruptions where the water that flowed into Spasm from the preceding Fountain eruption has drained and Spasm has not yet started refilling. Fountain starts without Spasm and Spasm acts as a drain.

2. If Fountain's interval is long enough, the water from the preceding Fountain may drain, Spasm may fill and erupt, and then Spasm finishes its eruption. Fountain then starts an eruption with Spasm empty. (If Fountain's interval is really long, Spasm may have more than one eruption during Fountain's interval.)
