[Geysers] Blue green algae

Just read this posting...

Blue-green algae ARE cyanobacteria.  The names are synonymous, although
I had thought that "blue-green algae" was obsolete terminology.  Perhaps
it depends on the particular specialty of the researcher.  My only
personal experience with the little buggers is when they foul up my
aquarium.
