[Geysers] Query about trail

This most likely will be best answered by the OFVC staff. Is the trail that 
switchbacked up the bluff above Biscuit Basin still open and maintained? (No, 
hiking it isn't in my current plans -- but I'll delete it from the rewrite of 
my book should it _not_ be there.)
