[Geysers] List Transition

Thanks to Will and others for implementing a replacement posting 
service.  For some time, Walla Walla University has planned to 
discontinue Mailman, and its performance has deteriorated partly for 
lack of updates.  At this point, the plan is that the existing service 
will continue until early summer.  However, any failure before that time 
will be final.

I'm checking into options for keeping the archives available and will 
let you know what develops.
