[Geysers] Sput Submissions

Hi All,

We are using a new layout program for the Sput. We have learned that
embedded items within the text creates additional layout issues. So, for
all future submissions, please send any photos, graphs, charts, drawings,
etc. as separate files with a notation in the text for correct placement.
