[Geysers] Important Document--Comment Period Closes in 2 Days

Some have had a problem getting the document Director's Order #100, which closes for public comment on the evening of 11/18 (Friday).

The document is attached as a word file.

I would like to read Doc #100 but it shows as illegible gibberish on my computer. Yes, I have Adobe Reader.
