[Geysers] new thing near Plume, and Ballcap query

Another little tidbit on the Unnamed Thermal Feature (UTF is the term I 
use in my work) Next to Sponge from my January trip into the park:

On 18 Jan 2016, the water level was higher than I had seen it previously 
at any time, but the water's surface was nearly calm with none of the 
boiling seen last summer.
