Geyser Report Tuesday, July 26, 2016 Beehive: 1319 (was 2240 last night) GT Beehive's Indicator Geyser: 1306 (was 2235 last night) GT Grand: 0553 & 1235 GT (was 0439wc, 1331 & 2103 GT last night) Great Fountain: 0730ie yesterday, 0555ie today (0543E GT) Fountain: 0810 D=30 & 1817 GT yesterday, 0923 D=31 today, 1429 GT Labial: 1303 No pink cone today as of 1400--clearly I should have lingered as I passed Fountain on my way out. Pink Cone yesterday and the day before was reported at 1243. I probably could have seen the start had I looked in my rearview mirror as I left it at about that time yesterday. I've seen some really cute doggy carriers recently, but with 1 or more dogs in them in the geyser basin, unfortunately. A tour guide this morning was explaining to his group that the pool we refer to as "peanot" was called "Bear Claw". I am in the midst of a string of family visits, which I love. When grandchildren are visiting, I often go places and do things I wouldn't ordinarily do myself, and usually have a blast doing them! I observed "Rejuvenated" for a while this AM. It seemed weaker and more frequent than I expected. Except for a shorter eruption at 1021, durations were about 2 minutes. 1021, 1027, 1038, 1045, 1108, 1126, 1140, 1203. Bear with me folks. I am often enjoying the experience more than I am gathering details and documenting them. AND I am so easily distracted in my gazing!
