Yuh, that ought to be real good for your body. Sounds like a good hook
if Michael Crichton ever wanted to do a sequel to The Andromeda Strain
(you may remember, the pathogen could only survive in a very narrow pH
range like 7.2-7.4).
The world just keeps getting weirder.
