Resources for durations of eruptions and times to refill for Giantess and Vault include Scott's book, Marler's Inventory, and Phil Landis' 1988 report. (I don't know whether anyone has written up observations on durations and times to refill for Giantess and Vault since Phil's observations.) Koenig (1998) examined relationship between the nature of eruptions and intervals but did not report any information on durations. Marler said time to refill on Giantess "about 3 days." Marler doesn't have a time to refill on Vault because Marler reported "Vault and Giantess have never been observed to erupt concurrently." Marler reported durations of water type eruptions of 24 to 36 hours; durations of steam phase eruptions were 11 to 16 hours. (Marler also noted the duration of the eruption of Giantess that occurred in conjunction with the August 17, 1959 earthquake lasted over 100 hours.) In 1988 Phil Landis observed three eruptions of Giantess, with Vault erupting concurrently with Giantess. The first two eruptions of Giantess were mixed phase eruptions; the third eruption was a water phase only. Phil said the first eruption of Giantess, which lasted 32 hours, was the strongest. The second eruption lasted 31+ hours, and the third eruption lasted 25+ hours. Phil reported "Following the end of all eruptive activity, [Giantess] required a little over 3 days to refill to the point of overflow. Vault's eruptions continued after giantess ceased erupting, but both geysers refilled to overflow at about the same time." Both Marler and Landis noted the time for Giantess (and Vault) to refill was the same regardless of the nature of the eruption.
