[Geysers] Experiences with El Tatio geyser field?

Thanks to one and all who responded with the pointer to the Glennon/Pfaff
Transactions article, and particularly to Alan Glennon for keeping it
around on a visitable page. This article answers about three quarters of
my questions, and we'll definitely have it handy when we go. There are
still a few "practical" questions (example: what's the best photo equipment
to have, given the setting and the things to be photographed?), and if
you've been there, I'd love to hear your anecdotes about how it all
worked. Again, off line is fine, and we'll certainly bring a few anecdotes
of our own home for the list and the Sput...
