[Geysers] Fan and Mortar Overnight 9/26 to 9/27

Fan and Mortar erupted sometime between 1300 on 9/26 when checked by Chris Person and 0800 on 9/27 when I discovered that it had erupted. From my observations I suspect that it erupted no later than midnight on 9/26.
