Barbara, it is wonderful to have you back in the park observing everything for those of us who can't get there yet!
Some year I will get to see the park in mid May.

Just yesterday we got the final word from Xanterra about the presentations we will give at Mammoth and Yellowstone:
power point pictures and readings from the Belgian travel writer Jules Leclercq's 1886 book, which in English we are calling
"Yellowstone, Land of Wonders." Transactions XI (2010) published five geyser-related chapters of our translation.

My colleague Suzanne Cane and I will be at Mammoth Hotel Map Room on June 27th at 8:30 pm, where Lee has kindly
agreed to introduce us. On June 29th and 30th we'll be doing signings in OFI lobby, but only on the 29th at
8:30 pm we'll give our talk in the third floor mezzanine, bribing the pianist to not play for an hour or so.

And the rest of the time we can enjoy the geysers and everything else.
