[Geysers] Geyser database discussion

The digital geyser database is a community project, and I am happy to
see a discussion of features that could make it more useful.

Jake and I have corresponded about the proposed changes. We will work
to improve the ability to search observation notes and comments.
Otherwise, the use of comments is adequate to describe events like
overnight eruptions, and does not warrant changes (e.g., the addition
of new codes) to the existing database structure.
