Oh, I guess I should do a follow-up.  After some research and consultation from Lee Whittlesey, we've decided what I saw erupting next to Corporal Geyser was Dog's Leg Spring.

Subject: [Geysers] Norris Geyser Basin, 2/12/13

This afternoon I had the Norris Geyser Basin tour.

Corporal Geyser was doing something I'd never seen it do before.  To the right of the main pool, the smaller pool was erupting about two feet high, and the water from it was running into the main pool.  The water in the main pool was down about a foot.  The runoff channel was dry.  I couldn't even remember if the vent to the right was there last week.  Last week, Corporal was fairly quiet with ripples below overflow.  Does anyone have strong recollections of Corporal to compare?

Vixen Geyser had a major eruption at 1510.  Good to see it active!  Last week, I couldn't check on it, because of bison in the way, but when I was there on Christmas Day, it was dry and quiet.
