[Geysers] Plume

Plume abruptly stopped erupting on August 1.  No eruptions were observed
until a single eruption on August 10 and another single eruption on
August 11.  Reviewing captures from both the streaming and static
cameras have revealed no other eruptions (admittedly, it is dark at
night and during the day, there are periods when Plume is hidden by
steam swirling from Old Faithful's vent.)  

Also of interest, on August 3, Tara said that Plume was gurgling at
depth.  No water was visible.  This is unlike periods of inactivity I
remember in the past, when Plume would just overflow gently.
