To Jeff and Scott and others who are interested: I'm surprised and a little puzzled that Scott says the third Steamboat photo found by Jeff on the Internet was taken by William Keller. In 2008 I paid Bruce Chase for that photo for the third edition of Yellowstone Treasures, assuming, of course, that he had taken it. The picture appears on page 231 of my book and should, at least, be credited to the right person. May 23, 2005 was the date of the eruption, as given to me. Any further comments would be appreciated.
