I found the three attached photographs on the internet. Two were on Wikipedia. Can anyone identify the photographer(s)? I will assume that the third photograph was taken by Mike Keller, since his name is associated with the file. I like these photographs because they show the violence of the eruption, and also the tremendous volume of water that is being thrown out.
