[Geysers] Loud Steam Phases

'Twas back in the 1970s when Africa Geyser's steam phases were occasionally 
 heard from the Norris housing area as well as just about anyplace in the 
Back  Basin... I must say that the loudest steam phase I've ever heard (other 
than  Steamboat) was Giantess, that time when people looked like an army of 
ants  streaming out of the Inn and Sam Holbrook called from Riverside as to 
what the  noise was.
