[Geysers] Help on a few room issues?

As far as I know it is not the utility fee which is optional only the 
Yellowstone Foundation fee. There is no choice about the utility fee. I 
said that we were told that the Yellowstone Foundation Fee supported 
projects
like the visitor centre. But there may be another Trish?
