It's Spasm. I have a photo of it taken in 1960 playing to about 25 feet. If I can find it I'll post it on here for everyone to see. At about 16 seconds in, it shifts to something else. Something erupting at a sharp angle away from a boardwalk, with a blue pool across from it, and a small brownish basin in the right foreground.
