Thanks for the video Dave and for the webcam operator keeping up with the fast moving coyotes, it was me at standing at Depression. I saw one coyote on Geyser hill just before I walked over to Depression from Aurum and then saw two more running in the meadow and they crossed the river, ran in front of me at Depression, onto the boardwalk and met up with the third coyote before doing a loop on Geyser Hill and running away toward Lion. I took a few pictures of them :) There were also two bison herds around the UGB last week, one hanging around Geyser Hill or in the meadows around Castle and Oblong/Daisy. The other herd was down around Biscuit Basin. I saw a few elk on the West entrance road on Jan 16 and 23. On the way out on 23rd (Karen Low was my snowcoach driver) there was a wolf on the road that posed nicely for pictures too. Pictures will come later as I came home and straight away left on a business trip. I will post a link to them sometime....
