[Geysers] February geyser statistics posted to GOSA website

I have posted the statistics, eruption times, and graphs for the geysers
downloaded on 13-14 February to the GOSA website.  For various reasons, the
loggers on Riverside, Artemisia, Grand, Fountain, and Old Faithful were not
downloaded this month.  We hope to have some of this data when the roads are
plowed to Old Faithful.
