[Geysers] Information Request--Island Geyser (Stephens)

There is an entry in the OFVC logbook:

5/17/1996  Island   9:00   Dormant, Firehole River very high water
                    10:24   h = 3'
                    12:00   Not it  [ie?]

This is the only such occurrence in the logs between 1994 and 2008.
