The 'other formats' link suggests this is a reprint from the 20s. If this
is the Walter Weed from the 1870s and 80s this could be interesting. He
studied the geysers for years and his name is throughout Lee's full Place
Names document. He was the person, incidentally, who put the names Fan and
Mortar on the geysers we know today. (Mortar was originally Fan, if you
must know.)

Subject: [Geysers] Geyser Book
Came across this on Amazon while looking for the Kindle edition of
Scott's book:
http://www.amazon.com/Geysers-Yellowstone-national-Walter-Harvey/dp/11784350
75/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1293045109&sr=8-4
Anyone have any info on it? There are no comments on Amazon and no
Kindle sample to explore.
Also, the sample download of Geysers of Yellowstone seems to work well
on my android phone. Has anyone had any "field" experience using
electronic vs hard copy?
