[Geysers] Firehole flow data vs. geyser activity

I recall reading (can't remember the source right now) that the rivers out of
Yellowstone are monitored for both flow volume and mineral content.  Based on
these data, there has been a significant decrease in thermal output over the
last several decades.  I think I remember something like a 30 percent decrease
since about 1970.

Maybe I'll remember where it is.
