Even without the Winter season, this would be a great item. It could be taken down or protected for the Winter and used when there is power. Are there any plans for a cam in the tower of the new VC? Would it be too optomistic to think about having a 2nd camera installed on the roof of the Inn? It would open up so many more possibilities for WATER confirmation and not leave me, or any other gazer, guessing on which geyser was producing the steam cloud behind the ridge. I certainly think that if GOSA has some funds to help the NPS with, this would be a great way to help.
