Here's a picture from the webcam at around 1410, with the bear wandering down past Split Cone and then vanished down by the river. There was a bear in front of Giantess around 1100 too, probably the same one. Came up from near Grand, hung out on Geyser Hill a bit then went down by the river and we lost track of it. Around 1500 the bison herd came running up past Split Cone and over to the cabins. They were not happy having to move that fast! Later they wandered back down basin behind Giantess and on toward Daisy. In other news: Beehive 1616, Grand 1627.
