When you say that "something" happened, are you talking about an energy
shift within the platform, or some sort of natural damage or vandalism?

Neither natural damage nor vandalism -- it seem pretty clear that some sort
of exchange has taken place, a shift in the energy flow down underneath.
Perhaps it is temporary and something like a really good, long Grotto marathon
would "fix" it --but I've got a bad feeling.

Yesterday it snowed off and on most of the day, so I stayed home to work on
my book -- typeset page proofs that I have to read practically
letter-by-letter through 480 pages. About half done on that, but the sky is clear today, so
I'll be going in.
