On July 4, 2008, on our last day in the Park this year, my son and I managed to see all six of the NPS-predicted geysers up close in one day (Old Faithful, Daisy, Grand, Riverside, Castle, and Great Fountain). Thus, we completed out first sweep of the "Big Six". In addition that day, we also saw eruptions of Atomizer, Oblong, Rocket major, Lion, Beehive, and Aurum, along with many of the other usual small geysers. At the end of the day, we got to see the excellent fireworks display in West Yellowstone. Has anyone else done a sweep of the "Big Six"? -- Will Moats ____________________________________________________________ Click to find airline tickets for your next trip. http://thirdpartyoffers.netzero.net/TGL2241/fc/Ioyw6i4uHo5eCydCRi0cm8cGB4PEINvabGWBwUVsZFSgRWf7nWEVc2/ -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
