[Geysers] Bryan Mystery 4-08 hints

I'm glad to know it wasn't Churn -- that way both of my guesses were 
equally wrong.

The hint suggests that it should be a feature in the Round Spring Group. 
If I had _The Geysers of Yellowstone_ in front of me, I could even give 
the correct name...

Which suddenly reminds me: Has Pear Geyser been seen in the last couple 
of years?  The last logbook report was in 2004.
