I give you two of my photos
on the first one, is impossible to see the main vent
on the second photo, is better to see it

sorry, I am french and I do not speak and I do not write well english,  
I use my dictionary and I try

I know Yellowstone National Park, we came three times, july 1988  
during the "Big Fire", we saw Fan and Mortar eruption, two weeks in  
june 2005 and two weeks in june 2007
and I prepare an other trip on may or june 2009

Thank you very much for your photo to Ledge eruption, your are very  
lucky to see one of them
I think, the main vent is not completely obstruct, if you look the  
sinter, is wet and the water run along the ground floor

Do you know if the main vent was active on 14 june 2006
