Robert - yeah, Lion can sometimes surprise you. I worked in the Lodge one summer and there were a few times I'd look outside and very briefly think that I was seeing Beehive near the end of its eruptions when it was Lion. I would have bet my shirt that I saw a few water bursts that were as tall as the top of the treeline on the ridge beyond. Is it normal for Lion to have eruptions of this height ?
