Though there are some differences, this guy-on-the-railing at Morning Glory  
sort of reminds me of certain people at the Giant Cage... And yeah, it's 
stupid.  And unnecessary.
 
As far as rock collecting and such, I've seen that several times this year,  
most commonly at Fountain.
