[Geysers] park notice on OF webcam

   There has been a delay in the public launch of the Old Faithful Geyser
      live streaming web cam. Ice has been forming on the camera and
      temporarily obstructing views.  Remote camera control software is
      being tested on this and other web cam maintenance issues.
      Concurrently, web pages, FAQs, and a press release are being prepared
      and will be ready for distribution when a release date is
      established. We hope to have it fully operational in the near future,
      but are striving to ensure a reliable web presence once it is
      launched.
