So now I'm alone, just me and the bears. Apparently, anyhow, as all other known gazers departed today, noonish. I'll try to accurately report all the huge and unusual eruptions I see in the next few days. Today, though, not much and nothing unusual. Grotto finally had a short eruption. At 0749 there was a Giant hot period (d ~ 7m 20s) that involved little from Mastiff. Grotto turned off at about 0810. The next GHP didn't happen until 1121, with a duration of 3m 52s; there again was little from Mastiff. Grotto had not restarted when I last looked that way at about 1245. Aretmisia was 1019 ns (steam), so probably an interval just short of 24 hours. Oblong was at 0832 and had a really good overflow at about 1130, so it appears to be holding to relatively short intervals. Grand was at 2324E last night, then 0910 this morning (T2Q), interval 9h 46m. The start of this caught us off-guard, as it didn't begin until fully 2 1/2 minutes after Turban. West Triplet started (after two or three aborted tries) shortly after Grand ended, and Rift later joined in. Castle at 0938, an interval of 13h 05m from last night. It has not yet had a minor since opening. No change at Beehive. Only heard one called Plume, that at 0844. Aurum called at 0846. Lion evidently erupted while we were waiting for that second GHP, as around noon it was having a series of dry roars that never produced another eruption. I think this was probably a series of one, just the initial, as I had been on Geyser Hill just before going down to Giant. I save for last this, the record on Daisy from the logbook -- 16 consecutive intervals from 1247 on April 20 to 0942 on April 22. All the times were electronic, except the first and last. The intervals in order (h:mm): 3:10, 3:26, 2:36, 3:02, 3:52, 3:40, 2:14, 2:29, 2:20, 2:19, 2:29, 2:29, 2:19, 2:35, 2:28, 2:27.
