[Geysers] Geyser Report 4-6-07

Arrived in the Upper Basin late afternoon:

 

Sawmill was in eruption most of the evening.

 

Grand erupted at 1833 (N/T2C) with a duration of 9m 17s.  Rift and West
Triplet were 1734ie.  Grand started just as Rift was stopping.

 

Beauty Pool was in overflow.

 

Oblong erupted at 1825.

 

Giant/Grotto-Grotto had just ended a marathon eruption at 1615.  Giant was
dead and the signs were still in place.  The marathon recovery hot period
started at 2134 and lasted 9m 30s.  Mastiff had several periods of surging
up to 3 feet in the first few minutes, but was mostly flat but overflowing
heavily for the last 2-3 minutes of the hot period.

 

Daisy erupted at 1705 and again at 1920ie.

 

Riverside was 1700ie.

 

Fan and Mortar are still dormant.
