[Geysers] better time for Giant

We've now spoken with folks who saw part of Giant's eruption.  One group was 
watching Riverside, and said Riverside was still in eruption when they saw 
the huge steam cloud that turned out to be Giant.   That would put the start 
at 1310-1315, as the Riverside VR was 1255.

Another group was at Grand, and their video camera shots showed about 1315.

Matt and Sean saw 30 foot bursts, from a distance, at 1410.
