[Geysers] Webcam, good news (probably)

Apparently there's a two-server approach which should get the webcam back 
running soon, maybe even today.

And, we did understand it was a Homeland Security issue (for what that's 
worth).

In other news, no Giant yet:  all was extremely quiet there (all off at 
Giant; all quiet at Grotto) when I predicted the geysers this morning 
(2/22).  Wolves were howling, though.  I didn't see any, but Sean Miculka 
saw four a couple days ago, also while predicting the geysers.
