[Geysers] Opal, the webcam and other things

OK, so just now some guy with weapons and bombs strapped all over him just  
walked along in front of the camera. But nobody will know about him, because  
some yahoo in Washington decided the "old" camera that worked is worse than no  
camera that could accept passwords.
