[Geysers] Webcam reporting protocol

So what will be the new protocol for reporting
winter/out of season eruptions on Geyser Hill?

Something like:
Beehive 1127wc ???

Will these be recorded in the logbook?  What's the
best way (i.e., to whom) to report such observations? 
Perhaps the screenshot should be included?  And for
that matter, can the time on the screenshot be
considered accurate for record keeping purposes?

And yet a better question - how many of you had to
click away from the webcam in order to read this
email...
