[Geysers] Webcam up in testing phase/ Grand

The angle is wrong for this to be Grand.  Grand is further to the left.
>From the location of the new web cam you can clearly see Grand's entire
column.  The thing in this photo is much farther down basin.  I would guess
Riverside or Grotto or even Artemisa.
