[Geysers] Webcam video

Seems like everybody (including me, but I'm still on dial-up here in West)  
is still getting screen captures on the new Webcam. Which is fine with me. But 
I  was told that in the OFVC, and presumably (they thought) everybody, would 
be  receiving streaming video or (at least) a refreshed image every second or  
two.
 
So is anybody getting that?
